Oregon Summer Food is a program that provides free meals during the summer for children and teens (18 and younger). This was initially created to make sure that children and teens who rely on school lunches for their meals, will not go hungry during summer. What a great program, right?! Even better, by visiting their website, you can choose from 36 counties, with tons of locations within those counties, making it very likely that you or a friend will be able to find a location very close to you. The food and activities this program offers is completely free, and everyone is welcome, no questions asked!
Visit the website here to learn more information and to find a location closest to you. If you know of a friend that could benefit from this program, please refer him/her to this website!
